Pegasi are winged horses, usually seen alone or in small groups far from settled roads. They are fast, strong and difficult to approach. A pegasus may accept a rider, but it chooses when to come close and when to leave.
They prefer open country, high meadows and places with enough room to spread their wings. Most people see one only at a distance, crossing the sky and gone before anyone can follow.
Notes
- There is a stablewoman in Liret who keeps and raises a whole paddock of pegasi. No one knows how she manages it. Unfortunately, she does not sell rides.
